  3. What’s something small you removed from your life that ended up making a big difference?

  3. Have you experienced a moment where your heart became more sensitive to God or to others after following Christ?

3. When a Sensitive Heart Gets Hurt

  3. What would it look like for you to intentionally bring one area of hurt or offense to God during this season of prayer and fasting?

5. Main Thesis & Action (Discipleship Focus)

Core Idea:
Prayer and fasting are not just about asking God to add blessings to our lives. They are about allowing God to remove the things that block healing, freedom, and spiritual growth.

  1. Is there something in your life right now that you sense God wants to remove (bitterness, fear, distraction, offense, control, etc.)?

  2. What would change in your relationships, peace, or purpose if that thing was truly removed from your heart?

  3. During these 14 days of prayer and fasting, what is one intentional step you will take to cultivate your connection with God?

    • Fasting a meal or a type of food

    • A digital fast

    • Setting aside daily prayer time

    • Journaling and processing hurt with God

    • Practicing forgiveness
