- Contact information you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, and mailing address, when you fill out a guest card or form, register for an event, give, or contact us.

- Messages you send us, including texts, emails, social media messages, prayer requests, and questions.

- Giving information, which is processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full card or bank numbers.

- Website usage information, such as pages visited, collected through standard cookies and analytics tools.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

- To respond to your questions, prayer requests, and messages

- To welcome guests and help with next steps, such as joining a group, serving, or registering for an event

- To share announcements, event reminders, and church updates you've asked to receive

- To process gifts and provide giving statements

- To improve our website and ministries

TEXT MESSAGING (SMS)

If you check the text-message box on our guest card, or text us first, Victory Life Church will use your mobile number only to communicate with you about Victory Life Church.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We never sell your personal information. We share it only:

- With service providers who help us run church operations, such as church management, messaging, and giving platforms. They may use it only to provide those services to us.

- When required by law or to protect the safety of our members, guests, or staff.

CHILDREN

Information about children, such as kids' ministry check-in, is provided by parents or guardians and is used only to care for children while they are with us.

SECURITY

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

YOUR CHOICES

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing info@victorylife.church. To stop text messages, reply STOP.
